This is not just another yellow Pet Care on the Go first aid kit. It’s a sign that something is changing.

The first guests have already checked into the new Gołębiewski Hotel in Pobierowo. For the #ZNapędemNa4Łapy project, however, this is about much more than the opening of another hotel. It is proof that solutions which, not so long ago, were seen as innovative, are now becoming part of a standard implemented across the entire Gołębiewski Hotels network - even before the first guests arrive.

A few years ago, when the hospitality industry talked about being pet-friendly, it usually meant allowing pets to stay, providing a water bowl, or preparing a pet bed.

Today, guest expectations are far greater.

More and more people travel with their dogs and cats - not only for leisure, but also for business. Pets have become full-fledged travel companions, and this shift is changing the way hospitality brands think about guest experience.

We recently explored this topic on our blog, asking whether these changes represent a genuine trend or merely isolated examples.

The opening of the Gołębiewski Hotel in Pobierowo provides another answer.

Not because a “Pet Care on the Go” first aid kit is now available there.

What is truly remarkable is that its presence was never a question - it was part of the plan long before the first guests checked in.

This stems from a decision made earlier across the entire Gołębiewski Hotels family, which introduced Pet Care on the Go first aid kits for dogs and cats in all of its locations.

Mikołajki.

Wisła.

Karpacz.

Białystok.

And now Pobierowo.

The new hotel is not joining the project as a standalone property.

From day one, it becomes part of a standard already established throughout the entire network.

And that is the moment we find most exciting.

Because real change does not begin when a single property decides to introduce a new solution.

It begins when that solution stops being viewed as an extra amenity and becomes a natural part of how an organisation operates.

At Atelier Wartości, we have always believed that #ZNapędemNa4Łapy should lead precisely to this kind of change.

Not just individual implementations.

Not just one-off initiatives.

But a reality in which animal welfare, pet safety, and the comfort of their owners are considered from the very beginning - when designing services, spaces, and guest experiences.

The opening of the Gołębiewski Hotel in Pobierowo shows that this approach is possible.

And that solutions created with animals in mind can become part of the standards adopted by major organisations, rather than remaining a niche or symbolic addition.

Because while the yellow first aid kit may be the visible symbol of this story, this story is not really about a first aid kit.

It is about a change in mindset.

We would like to thank Gołębiewski Hotels for their trust and for consistently developing the standard of responsible hospitality across their growing network. 🐾💛

We hope to see many more stories like this across the Polish hospitality industry.
