Two years of Pet Care on the Go. It started with one first-aid kit

Two years ago, the first Pet Care on the Go first-aid kit for dogs and cats appeared at Kraków Airport.

The idea was simple: if pets are increasingly travelling with us, staying with us in hotels, riding trains and joining us at work, then they should also have access to basic support away from home when something unexpected happens.

And that is when the idea started to travel.

First came another airport. Then a hotel. Fuel stations. Pendolino trains. Offices. More hotels and public spaces.

Today, Pet Care on the Go has grown into a network of more than 70 points across Poland and beyond.

But the numbers are not the most important part.

What we find most interesting is that the same idea has worked in very different places. It works differently at an airport than in a hotel. Differently on a train than in an office. And yet the need is the same everywhere: it is good to know that if something happens, basic first-aid resources are within reach.

And that, really, is what these two years have been about.

About partners who decided that pet safety and wellbeing deserve a place in everyday infrastructure too. And about showing that being “pet-friendly” can mean more than simply allowing pets in.

After two years, we have brought the whole journey together in the Pet Care on the Go Project Development Report 2024–2026. The report gets into the details: the numbers, the partners, the milestones and how the network has grown.

But here, we simply want to say:

Thank you to everyone who chose to join us on this journey and become part of Pet Care on the Go.

And if you travel with your pet, take a look at the live map before your next trip. You may find that Pet Care on the Go is closer than you think.
